Which of the following is correct?

(A) A cyclone is formed by a very high pressure system with very high speed winds revolving around it.

(B) In summer the winds flow from the land towards the ocean.

(C) In winter the winds flow from the land to the ocean.

(D) The coastline of India is not vulnerable to cyclones.
Please give a clear explanation...

As in winter land get cool faster than sea the air above the sea became hot and rises up and the air from the land rushes to take its place. So in this way in winter the air blow from land to sea and (c) is the correct answer.
