Okay, so according to me the answer is 'A' . In this sentence there are two verbs -find and do. If the tense of one changes, say found changes to found, then do would surely become have done. Am I correct?

The given answer is utterly unexplainable. Obviously, option A fits in their according to my impeccable judgement. "If you find a mobile phone in the street what would you do?"

Sorry, now I get in this both the answers are halfway agreeable. Even though find changes into its past tense - found, then do would never change because in this sentence you are using the mobile phone after you find it on the street, may it be at any point of time.These are rare cases and always should be cautious.
