Second option is wrong because rectangle does not follow this property which can be checked by using SAS congruence criteria. Third option is wrong because if the diagonals of a quadrilateral intersect at right angles then it is necessarily a rhombus, if u are thinking that square also have this property then add up a point that every square is a rhombus. Fourth option is wrong because every quadrilateral is not necessarily be a trapezium, a parallelogram or a kite as concave quadrilaterals are none of them.
