But Coconut Oil is rich is fats, so it will not give positive iodine test. D. Potato and Ghee ----- Potato is rich in carbohydrates, so it will give positive iodine test. But Ghee is rich is fats, so it will not give positive iodine test. Hence, the correct answer is Option B, since both Rice and Wheat will give positive iodine test.
